Yoga Instructor

Gillian teaches Kripalu Yoga at the Shore Mall in Egg Harbor township and recently has started teaching children's yoga. She is certified in Yoga ED which is a program which combines breathing techniques, postures, games, relaxation and visualization. Currently she is involved in the A.C.E. After School Program teaching yoga to grades 4-8.

Gillian's mission is to help people find their joy and live better lives. With Kripalu Yoga and it's methodologies, she believes she has found a method to achieve her mission. Kripalu Yoga teachers draw on a wide range of tools for guiding students into the experience of inner peace that is yoga. They are trained and certified for Yoga & Health, a non-profit educational institution located the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts.
